User-driven Visual Interfaces for Smart Meeting Rooms

		Research Statement
		Although information presentation in smart environments requires  specific technologies, this aspect is rarely investigated by the current state-of-the-art. Thereby the constraints, especially the heterogeneity of multiple displays and the ad-hoc character of the ensemble, have to be considered for generating appropriate visual outputs. For this purpose, the "Smart View Management", a concept to intertwine the visual outputs  of different applications, has been developed. That means, the systems are not merged, but the generated views. The views are combined, adapted, arranged and displayed based on the actual situation (user position and gaze direction).
